Step One 101

I’ve always wondered where business owners got their thick skin. How CEOs walk into a room ready to upgrade or destroy lives. How managers can just come into the room and say whatever is on their minds.

Until I thought about a decision that would help grow my small business. My thoughts were scary and uncut. I justified it by saying it was what was best for the business. No matter how many people were going to get hurt along the way.

Then I knew. We all harbour that trait, it is just dormant. All it takes is the right fight or flight moment to awaken it.

My work is usually centered around the impulsiveness of life and my reactions to it. Be-it controversial or relateable. I usually write about anything that comes to mind and I ensure that all of my work is metaphorical and allows the reader to create the event in their minds as they explore. I have always viewed writing to be another form of artistry and expression and I am excited to see where it takes me!
